The mission of Care
Managers, Inc. is to provide individual case management and to identify cost-
effective, appropriate health care measures based on an assessment of the individual
client and their environment.
Evaluation of the client is performed with attention to the multiple factors unique
to each client. Goals and objectives are developed from research, analysis, and
experience. Appropriate services are coordinated to meet planned goals.
Educational planning, support, and instruction will be implemented at all levels to
include employer, account, and client.
Management and planning skills are used to direct, analyze, make decisions, and to
implement the rehabilitation plan in a timely manner.
Professional relationships are built on regular and open communication which is
based on accuracy and integrity.
Customer satisfaction will be based on quality, appropriate, and effective case
resolution.
